Centrals have been awarded the Beacon Storage Bin Expansion Works.

It’s been a busy last few months at Centrals. We’ve been awarded a new project for another Tailings Dam. This project is for one of our existing clients in the Midwest region. The third tailings dam project in six months!

We recently held our biannual project managers forum, providing the opportunity for exchange between our project managers and corporate and administration offices.

Project win – Centrals secures the refurbishment of a Northern Goldfields air strip with works to be complete by Christmas.

Centrals has secured a tailings dam lift in the mid-west for an existing client. The team working at Cue will mobilise to this project on completion of the Cue works.

The Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner audited Centrals as part of Centrals on going accreditation.

During June SGS completed audits on Centrals integrated management system (IMS) to confirm the standard of work met pre-qualification requirements. The audit confirmed that Centrals systems are robust and effective, and as a result, Centrals maintains its accreditations in safety, quality, and environmental management.

Project win – Centrals secures a site services project for Iluka at Eneabba. The project involves day to day operations at Eneabba and preparations for the site’s further development.

Centrals secures a roadworks package including Great Northern Highway intersection works package for valued client Westgold Resources at Cue. A reasonable short project supporting local businesses in the safe and timely delivery.

The Ron Shay scholarship supports aboriginal students.

Project win - Centrals win the dual projects, Coolgardie – Esperance Highway and Goldfields highway shoulder widening projects. These projects for part of Main Roads Western Australia’s program to make rural road travel safer by ensuring shoulder width and sealing rural road shoulders.

Centrals complete the rural roads package for the City of Greater Geraldton. Working on the Chapman Valley Road and at Walkaway Centrals will rebuild and resurface the existing roads making them safer and returning them to new.

Peter McBain – Joins Centrals as General Manager. Peter brings extensive experience in all facets of contracting including urban and remote infrastructure, mining, and processing and landcare to Centrals business having a spent over 30 years in the industries in which we work.

Centrals awarded the City of Greater Geraldton rural roads package to deliver roadworks at Walkaway and on Chapman valley road with preparation works commencing in December 2021 and roadworks commencing in January 2022.
